400ton gantry type double crank metal parts stamping press, table size 2700x1100mm, press slide plate size 2400x1000mm, press side window size 1000x550mm, press stroke length 300mm, press stroke speeds 15-25 times per minute. Above press technical parameters are all customizable. Automatic accessories are easily mounted such as QDC, coil sheet uncoiling machine, roller feeder machine and transfer manipulators or transfer bars.
The H frame steel plate welded body is high rigidness after anealing treatment and sand blasting. Two pieces cross located crankshaft with two big transmission gears, opposite rotation to eliminate the lateral force.
World self-produced wet type clutch ensure lower noise and cleaner workpieces surfaces. It is easier for maintenance to change the hydraulic oil evey 6 months. All clutches are certified with dynamic balance test and temperature test.
