315 Ton Cross Shaft C Type Press Machine

315 ton cross shaft C type press machine is a big size of C frame press. The press machine stroke length 220mm with speed 20-35 times per minute. Press bolster size 1540x880mm and ram plate size 950x700mm. Maximum shut height 500mm and slide adjustment 120mm. 

This press is standard equipped with Panasonic programmable logistic controller, 30kw Siemens motor and world patent wet type pneumatic clutch. Cross located 42CrMo forged crankshaft, 6 pieces bronze gibs fixed on press body, rectangle type slide guide ways for higher precision.

315 ton tonnage seems so big for a c type press. But this press body is weled with high quality steel plate with anealing treatment and sand blasting. This process ensures the high rigidy and very small deformation after decades continuous working.

A1: We can provide one year warranty for the press, 2 years warranty for the crankshaft, 3 years warranty for the wet clutch.

Q2: Where can we get the spare parts?

A2: All the electric parts are internation famous brand and customer can buy the electric parts at local market. World produce most of the press parts in our own factory and we can provide all parts from here. Urgent parts could be shipped by courier service.

Q3: Is installation and training service available?

A3: Yes we can provide installation and training service. And we will provide English version operation and maintenance manual with the press. Customer can also send their operators to our factory for training.
