400 Tonnes Gap Press for Automatic Hinges Stamping Line
Product Description
400 tonnes gap press, stroke length 250mm with speeds 20-35spm, or stroke length 180mm with ram speeds 30-50 punches per minute. Bolster size 1700x900mm and ram plate size 1020x750mm. The press standard equipment include Panasonic PLC and HMI, wet type pneumatic clutch, Showa hydraulic overload protection system and automatic grease lubrication system. Two pieces slide balance cylinder on top of press to balance the weight of ram and upper die for more stable punching.
This gap press can work with coil sheet uncoiling machine, straightening machine and roller servo feeder for automatic hinges plates stamping process. It can also work with a 3 in 1 NC feeder for car brake pads production.

A2: All the electric parts are internation famous brand and customer can buy the electric parts at local market. World produce most of the press parts in our own factory and we can provide all parts from here. Urgent parts could be shipped by courier service.
