315ton close type two-point press for big size sheet blanking, table size 2500x1000mm, press slide plate size 2200x900mm, press side window size 950x460mm, press stroke length 280mm with speed 25-35 punches per minute, or stroke length 170mm with stroke speed 30-45 times per minute. Above press technical parameters are all customizable. Automatic accessories are easily mounted such as QDC, coil sheet uncoiling machine, roller feeder machine and transfer manipulators or transfer bars.
The H frame steel plate welded body is high rigidness after anealing treatment and sand blasting. Two pieces cross located crankshaft with two big transmission gears, opposite rotation to eliminate the lateral force.
World self-produced wet type clutch ensure lower noise and cleaner workpieces surfaces. It is easier for maintenance to change the hydraulic oil evey 6 months. All clutches are certified with dynamic balance test and temperature test.
The 315 ton blanking press is standard equipped with:
