200 ton h frame two point pneumatic press machine, table size 2200x900mm, press machine ram plate size 1900x800mm, press side window size 800x400mm, press stroke length 250mm with speed 25-40 punches per minute, or stroke length 150mm with stroke speed 30-60 times per minute. Above press technical parameters are all customizable. This 200 ton stamping press is suitable for big sheet blanking and stamping such as white home appliance metal parts. The press can work with coil sheet automatic feeding machines or manipulators for progressive die stamping of aluminum pans, tin cans or filter houses.
The H frame steel plate welded body is high rigidness after anealing treatment and sand blasting. Two pieces cross located crankshaft with two big transmission gears, opposite rotation to eliminate the lateral force.
World self-produced wet type clutch ensure lower noise and cleaner workpieces surfaces. It is easier for maintenance to change the hydraulic oil evey 6 months. All clutches are certified with dynamic balance test and temperature test.
The 200 ton stamping press machine is standard equipped with:
