JW36 straight side press uses H frame steel welded body which is under heat
treatment and ball ballasting treatment to release the welding stress. The body
is just one time fixed on the CNC milling center table to machining all holes
and surfaces. In this way, the machining precision is much higher than
normal process.
The slide guides are four angles eight surfaces type and the gap can be adjusted
on both front to rear side and left to right side. Precision is already ensured during
machining and just need to fine adjustment when installation or future maintenance.
JW36 H frame double crank press has a wider table which is more suitable for
progressive die stamping and big sheet punching process. The upper surface
of press working table is grinded by high performance grinding machine for
better flatness.
Bolster size is customized according to the die size. T slots can be machining
to customer’s drawing or request. Die quick change device is optional and it can
be fitted on the press before shipment if customer orders this QDC system.
Double cross located crankshafts reverse rotated to eliminate each lateral force.
Some customized bigger table press will use three stages transmission through
adding a middle gear. Pneumatic slide balance cylinder is equipped to balance
the slide weight and upper die weight. Press is timing by two big gears which
are oil bath in the top oil house. The two gears timing testing had been done
before installation to the press.
Word patented and self-produced wet type pneumatic clutch is standard equipped
to all H frame double crank presses while most other manufacturers can only use
dry type clutch. Wet type clutch means all the friction discs and pressure plates
are oil bath in the flywheel house. The oil will act as lubrication and heat radiation
medium. The customers just need to change the oil each half year for future
maintenance. Much lower maintenance cost than dry type. The close type structure
lows down working noise and forbids the dirty inside the flywheel.
Each clutch is under balance testing and temperature testing before assembling to
the press. High quality friction discs ensure long service life. No need to change
them within 3 years. Special high quality Y type seal rings ensure no oil leaking.
The H frame stamping press is standard equipped with a hydraulic overload pump.
Normally the press overload protection system is set as 110% of the nominal capacity.
Press will stop immediately once it is overload than 110% to protect both the h
frame press crankshafts and the press die. The system can be reset within 3 minutes.
It is easy to reset the overload as there is a reset switch on the control panel.
PLC central control system makes the press easily operation and inspection. HMI has
functions of system setting, I/O monitor, counter and preset counter. The operator can
set the lubrication frequency by the HMI according to the working time or working
stroke times.
The press has both mechanical and electrical cam controllers. It is easy to set the cam
angles to match the press with automatic uncoiler straightener feeder system or
transfer bar system.
H frame double crank press size is too big for container shipment. The press frame
is an integrated structure which cannot be disassembled for small package.
Normally the press will be lied down on a strong steel pallet and sides protected by
steel box. The best shipment way is by bulk vessel or flat rack.
