250 tonnes double crank h frame automatic press, table size 2500x1000mm, press slide plate size 2200x900mm, press side window size 950x460mm, press stroke length 280mm with speed 25-35 punches per minute, or stroke length 170mm with stroke speed 30-50 times per minute. Above press technical parameters are all customizable. This 250 tonnes automatic press is suitable for big sheet blanking and forming or aluminum circle lines zig zag blanking.
The H frame steel plate welded body is high rigidness after anealing treatment and sand blasting. Two pieces cross located crankshaft with two big transmission gears, opposite rotation to eliminate the lateral force.
World self-produced wet type clutch ensure lower noise and cleaner workpieces surfaces. It is easier for maintenance to change the hydraulic oil evey 6 months. All clutches are certified with dynamic balance test and temperature test.
The 250 tonnes automatic press is standard equipped with:
-Panasonic or Omron PLC
-Siemens motor with customzied voltage (220V-600V)
-Showa brand hydraulic overload protection pump
-Taco or Ross or Toyooki brand dual safety solenoid valve for clutch
-Slide balance cylinder
-HMI in English version
-Grease automatic lubricant system
