JH25 C frame double crank press has a wider table which is more
suitable for progressive die stamping. Double cross located
crankshafts reverse rotated to eliminate each lateral force. Pneumatic
slide balance cylinder is equipped to balance the slide weight and
upper die weight. Press is timing by two big gears which are oil bath
in the top oil house.
C frame steel welded body has high rigidity after heat treatment and
ball ballasting treatment. All the welded points are inspected by ultrasonic
and top oil house is tested by oil bath to ensure no any leaking.
The press uses rectangular type lengthened slide guides with bronze
plates for higher guide precision. Automatic grease lubrication system
ensures longer service life and lower noise. The precision can be
adjusted by side bolts to adjust the guide gaps.
Press bolster working surface is grinded by high performance grinding
machine for better flatness.
Press ram adjustment precision is only 0.1mm with a digital indicator.
Crankshaft is under roller pressing treatment for better roughness and
surface hardness.
Grinded gears are under strict timing testing before installation to the press.
WET TYPE CLUTCH WITH BIG TORQUE
Word patented and self-produced wet type clutch is standard equipped
to all C frame double crank presses while most other manufacturers can
only use dry type clutch. Wet type clutch means all the friction discs and
pressure plates are oil bath in the flywheel house. The oil will act as
lubrication and heat radiation medium. In future maintenance, just need
to change the oil each half year. Much lower noise and maintenance cost
than dry type.
High quality friction discs ensure long service life. No need to change them
within 3 years. Each clutch is under balance testing and temperature testing
before assembling to the press.
HYDRAULIC OVERLOAD PROTECTION SYSTEM
The crank press is standard equipped with a hydraulic overload pump.
Normally the press overload protection system is set as 110% of the
nominal capacity. Press will stop immediately once it is overload than
110% to protect both the press crankshaft and the press die. It is easy
to reset the overload as there is a reset switch on the control panel.
The system can be reset within 3 minutes.
PLC CONTROL WITH HMI
PLC central control system makes the press easily operation and
inspection. HMI with setting function, I/O monitor, counter and preset
counter. The operator can set the lubrication frequency by the HMI
according to the working time or working stroke times.
The press has both mechanical and electrical cam controllers.
It is easy to set the cam angles to match the press with automatic
decoiler straightener feeder system or transfer bar system.
