250 ton gap frame metal parts stamping press, cross located crankshaft with big gear on the back, oil-bath wet type combined pneumatic clutch and brake, Siemens motor, Panasonic PLC with Siemens or Schneider electric components, 6 pieces lengthened sintered bronzed gibs.
Main features and advantages:
1. Cross shaft design is compact with compare to conventional left to right crank shaft design which will give more rigidity and anti deflection for frame. Due to compact design it will take less space in your workshop.
2. Pneumatic clutch driven system gives far more safety in compare to conventional rolling key rresses. We used imported ROSS or TOYOOKI or TACO made dual solenoid valves for air supply to clutch.
3. Hydraulic overload safety system will provide safety against overload of press and saves your precious tools, jobs and press. As well as you can resume your press with just one reset button. In conventional press there is a shear plate safety which is brake while machine is getting overload and till you will not replace this plate your press will remain in brake down. Here you get less brake down, more productivity and less maintenance cost.
4. Easy to operate and user friendly electric control panel with touch screen HMI console indicates various alarms i.e. Nos. of strokes, counter, preset counter, photo safety guard alarm, overload alarm, lubrication alarm and many more…. You can’t imagine this facility with conventional rolling key power presses.
