W136 wheel loader is a 3ton rated load loader with the bucket capacity from 1.8cbm to 2.2cbm. The extended distance between frames articulation offers good structure rigidity and larger maintenance space. Self designed and produced structure fames and working equipment all use best steel material with good strength and tensile property. Computer finite element analysis ensures the design is reasonable. High quality welding and shot blasting treatment eliminate the welding stress effectively. Best hydraulic systems and transmission systems provide high efficiency and the total working cycle time is less than 10.3 second.
POWERFUL TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
W136 loader standard equips with 97 kw Cummins 6BT5.9-C130 engine
and ZL30 planet type gearbox. Weichai Deutz engine is optional. ZL30
planet type gearbox with hydraulic torque converter has 2 forward and 1
reverse speeds. Hydraulic power delivers smoother shift. The torque
converter is single stage, four elements with double turbines. The maximum
permissible temperature can be 120 degree. This transmission system provides
strong power, smooth operation and low cost for maintenance.
AXLE WITH DRY TYPE BRAKE SYSTEM
The axles are designed to handle extreme applications resulting in
reliable performance and extended life. The front axle is rigidly mounted
to the frame in order to withstand internal torque loads and still maintain
support for the wheel loader. The rear axle can oscillate to ±13 degrees
helping to ensure all four wheels stay on the ground providing stability
even in the roughest terrain. The main reducer uses spiral bevel gears
with differential. The hub reducer uses planet gears. The air over oil active
brake is a dry type caliper brake with brake discs and brake pads which is
easy for maintenance and better for radiating.
STRONG WELDING STRUCTURES
The front frame, rear frame, boom, rocker arm and bucket are all produced by us.
Computer finite element analysis ensures the reasonable design. High quality welding
and shot blasting treatment eliminate the welding stress effectively.
All structure parts use the best quality steel plate as WISCO or BAO steel.
The front frame is connected with the rear frame by pins and bearings.
The space is big which is easy for maintenance. The high precision of hole
boring makes it easy to connect the articulations. High quality temperature
treatment ensures the hardness of the pins. In this way, the loader can be
operated smoothly with lower fuel cost.
COMFORTABLE CABIN AND EASY OPERATION
The standard spacious cabin is equipped with shock absorbing seat,
radio and air conditioner. The optimized Seating System is 6-way
adjustable to accommodate operators of all sizes. And the cabin is
mounted to the frame with hydraulic damper which decrease the noise
The control panel centralizes the switches for working lights, alarm lights,
wiper, electric fan and auxiliary switch. The instruments include air pressure
meter, oil pressure meter, fuel level meter, water temperature meter, oil
temperature meter, battery voltage meter and working hours counter.
